What does it mean to offer self-compassion in this time of uncertainty and challenge? How do we rest an overactive mind? How do we resist the constant push to “do” and learn how to “be?” This session will include a fireside chat and effortless interactivity activity, followed by Q and A from the participants. There is no need for specific attire or a mat, being seated at your desk is perfectly fine; all you need to do is show up exactly as you are and join in the path to a greater mind-body connection.
